Everything was simply amazing! From the moment i arrived to the reception to the moment I left the hotel. I stayed only one night passing by; but couldn’t ask for a better hotel! The hosts and managers are a couple who are making you feel at home and welcomed. The breakfast is amazing and the wife is doing speciality omlets that would not be scared to compete with 5* hotels! JUST BOOK IT

Breakfasts was amazing, super delicious and they prepare them fresh every day. there are always all kind of yummy treats and cakes every morning. parking is easy, loads of space in front of the pension and we like it as it's not right in the Gerlos town yet it's very close and still super convenient to walk to town (supermarket and restaurants) only took us 3 minutes. there is a beautiful trail next to the river just across the pension, we enjoyed the walk there every afternoon after skiing, 'oh and we also stayed with our dog in the Pension and Hauser family are super friendly, to the dog as well.

Nice view, the atmosphare of the house is very cool, we loved the wood things. We can find by car easy. The host was very very friendly, she gave us a choklete just for gift. The breakfast was enough, we loved the coffe! The room was perfect, clean, and warm. We were in the middle of summer, but they heated the house - it was very great, couse it was neccessery in Tirol. Everything was fine! Thank you vety much for all your kindness!

Hotel is centrally located and for us, it was a bonus where the ski school for our little one was 3 min walk with loads of restaurants and ski rental shops to choose from. Spar supermarket is just a 10min walk at max. Although it is centrally located , it is situated at the end of a quiet street so it was perfect. The Doughbarn ski lift is 7-8min walk and the Issokogen ski lift is 4 stops away. The ski bus runs usually every 15min and the bus stop is called Gerlos Ort. Our room is spacious as we have a balcony to ourselves . It is very clean and everyday when we come back from our ski day , we would find that our room is always kept clean and tidy. There is a cellar where you keep the skis and boards and then to dry the ski boots. The owners can speak English and they are always very friendly and helpful. The selection of the breakfast was great and they also have a farm close to the hotel and the milk is freshly squeezed everyday ! One of the other good thing about this hotel is that the internal structure is very solid and each room is very sound proof, you don't hear squeaking noise coming from upstairs or downstairs. Also, previous review had mentioned plumbing problem but I think this is fixed now as the showers and basin are all brand new and we had no trouble with the plumbing. We loved this hotel so much that we will definitely be coming back to visit again with our little one
