The staff was very helpful and hospitable. They advised us what we could do on the weekend and where we could get some clothes. The room was clean and cosy. The mattress was the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. The area where the place is located was also really nice, green, fresh. It was a great stay! I was pleasantly surprised with the free Innsbruck Welome Card availability upon arrival, I did not know it is available at the place! Sauna is a proper way to relax after the whole day of hiking and the breakfast can satisfy needs of people with taste to different things. Also, so lovely to get breakfast included without any "pay extra for breakfast" that became a norm in many hotels nowadays. The place is very clean - hoovering of rooms and shared places is done daily and windows are opened to let the fresh air in, the staff is very thoriugh, respectful and friendly! So, overall, it is a lovely place for holiday: you are taken care of, everything is provided and you get advice on where is best to hike, eat, etc.
