Ken was also lovely, greeted us when we arrived but left you to enjoy your holiday whilst only being a phone call away if we needed anything, perfect situation for us enjoying a romantic week away. Couldn't fault the bed, room or facilities.

The price you pay is very cheap for the high quality of the room. Everything else in the house besides the room is also very good, you feel like you have our own space there. The hosts are very friendly and nice and always ready to help you. The guest house is also very well located, it's very easy to reach the center of Perth from there.

The place was very quiet and there was room to sit outside. The shared bathroom was never in use by others and was always clean. The room was clean and the bed was soft.
