Great host how give advise about the city, how to get to beach. He answer all our questions. Clean room. Best value for money. I highly recomand. Sunny beach is 10 minutes walk. Near you have supermarkets, gas stations. Old city is 30 min walk but there are options for busses or minitrains for tourists.

The hotel was surpricingly good. Clean, welcoming stuff, outgoing. The location is great. Close to everything in the city. For this price didnt saw better. Thumbs up!

Really nice outdoor space and great location, 5 minutes from the beach. It can get hot in the room, but the AC was working perfectly. The owners are friendly and really helpful, and they would clean the common areas every day.

Excellent! A very good place for an affordable price! The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony, cleaned every day, the owners are very committed and helpful (I tell you: the owner has a very nice surprise for you at the beginning of your stay!). You will be able to use a common kitchen with a microwave, dishes and cutleries. The nearest beach is just some 5-10 minutes away on foot. The center of Nessebar can be reached within some 25 minutes on foot. The area is very pleasant, silent and romantic. We will definitely come back here!

very clean and comfortable room with hot water and heating facilities . A nice good view from balcony overlooking the quaint views of Nessebar. Was made to feel welcomed by friendly owner who made us feel at home and was extremely helpful . . would highly recommend. .
