Great breakfast! Great location! Great communication with host. The place is a bit dated but has character and makes up with the host attentiveness. Overall: exceeded expectations (: Thank you for a great stay Kimberly!

The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There is a full kitchen, and the host leaves food for guests to make a delicious breakfast (eggs, milk, bread, pancake mix, cereal, etc). The property is on the banks of the historic Trent River, and the Trans-Canada hiking trail is just a short walk away. In the summer months, many of the nearby towns have charming local fairs, so there is lots to do in an around Campbellford. We will definitely come back.

Kim was an excellent host and the property itself was very charming with a relaxing ambience and views of the Trent River from most windows. It is also well located close to several nice restaurants and essential shopping. The included breakfast was also excellent and we would definitely stay there again.

Awesome breakfast, beautiful location, beautiful accommodations, and great hosts. It was lovely to have We had access to so many little treats like the canoes, the hot tub, the water trampoline, board games, etc. We also enjoyed exploring swimming to and exploring the private island.
