I really liked the chat with the employees, how they helped with additional information and were kind. The room was excellent, very comfortable, clean + I was pleased with the additional information about the city (where to eat, how transport works and even where to park). I was also pleased with the location relative to the metro. My suitcase broke and what would I do if it took 15 minutes to get to the metro instead of 5 minutes...
