Jamie and Alan were gracious hosts who assisted us in finding restaurants nearby and routes to downtown. The breakfasts were delicious (thanks, Jamie) and very generous. Our room was spacious and charmingly decorated, the bed was very comfortable. We could not have had a better place to stay during our visit to Toronto.

The recently renovated guest house features 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. The property is a small detached house with two levels which are completely separate (and are rented separately). We rented the upper space (the other one being the basement). It was clean and tidy. The nearby amenities were ample though we didn't use these as we had a car and could drive to check out other places. The road outside is good and not noisy at all. There is wifi available in the property though again I didn't use it. There is on road as well as off road parking. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen has a fridge & freezer and a dish washer. In summary, it was a lovely stay and the staff were accessible if needed. We didn't run into any problems so didn't have much contact with them.
