It is a family home and the individual rooms are rented out. We booked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Checking in was easy as host provided detailed and clear instructions. Host was attentive and provided late in the evening battery for tv remote.

We drove 15 mins to top end of lake maggiore, and it worked well as base for early start to get through gotthard tunnel beating the crowds

Leandro, the host, was incredibly kind, super friendly, welcoming. He really made as feel like home. the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet, there is a small waterfall nearby and you can hear the sound during your sleep, it was just lovely. the place was spotless and had everything we might have needed, even drinks! (by the way thank you so much for the drinks and coffee!)
