Although there was no one at reception/help desk ever but that didn't matter because there never rose a need for that. Interlaken city centre was hardly 5 minutes drive in case you want to enjoy some good coffee sitting by the relaxing sound of cowbells late evening. Accessible by car or train from Interlaken, it offers peaceful views of the lake and train tracks. Parking nearby (don't forget the printed permit from the host).

There was a dryer which was useful I felt the price for the hotel was good, we would leave in the morning and return to the hotel at around 7pm and due to this i was happy staying at lake guest haus. Was able to reach out to the host for support via whats app when required.

Loved the facilities that Tom arranged and moved the host’s attitude towards making our stay comfortable. He spent good time to guide us where to go and those places were really worth visiting. The place had a lake opposite it and it’s an amazingly quiet way to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
