Our initial room was small for the 5 of us so we requested to be moved to a bigger one which they granted. Rachel, one of the staff, is SUPER DUPER NICE and accommodating!! She answered all our questions and assisted us with our needs. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was as lovely as before. The hotel is just walking distance to the old town and Chapel Bridge. Groceries and cafes are near as well.

Bulgaria
Scandinavian style of relative minimalism with lots of elegance and thought put in it. Very clean and neat, wonderfully equipped common kitchen available to guests. Very nice chill area with books. Seem it's also kids-friendly. And again, very clean! This place was a little jem we didn't expect to discover and would love to go back. The only minus is the bunk beds, or it's actually a plus, depending on personal preference.

It feels practically like staying in someone's (big) house. The bathrooms are shared, but they are proper bathrooms, as you could expect in a home, tastefully decorated and clean. Everything was impeccably clean which is very important to us. There is a bus stop in front of the guest house which takes you to the city centre in a few minutes. This means that it is super easy to travel around the area. The host was fantastic as he explains everything very clearly and is very accommodating.
