Anne is a fantastic host, very accommodating, and responsive. She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. View of the lake and vineyards is sublime. Enjoyed being outside the bustling city yet having Saint Saphorine and its train station only a 10min walk away. Check in was super easy even though we arrived after hours.

It's on a quiet side road so the main noise outside was from the dawn chorus of crows in the trees opposite. No air conditioning but the ceiling fan was reasonably effective, and at night we could open windows both sides of the room to get a through draft.
