Nice self contained property in a convenient location not far from the beach and the pedestrian plaza. The property was very clean and check in was a breeze thanks to the electronic digilocks installed on all doors. The loft was in a quiet location with virtually no outside noise coming in. The kitchen was a plus.

The people running the place were very helpful. I was charged the correct dollar to peso conversion, as my booking was in dollars. The son of the owners spoke really good English which was a great bonus. I liked the communal area where you could sit, have a coffee or tea etc. The location is not far from the beach and it can even be walked. The location of the place itself is in a pretty working class, non glamorous part of the city, but this is to be expected if you look at the price of the place. They also stored me bag for me after I checked out, which was nice as well.

Christian, the host, met us on check-in, even though we arrived quite late, and was helpful in showing us around. The bedroom had plenty of furniture to unpack your luggage in with a bedside table and lamp. Wifi is available though the listing says otherwise. Hot water in the shower. Walking distance (for us – about 20mins) from the bus terminal. Close to a supermarket.
