The host is wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed plus information on what to do in Valdivia. Safe parking, clean bathroom, quiet neighborhood to get you right back up and moving fresh in the morning. There's no breakfast, but it's just a block or two away from some great cafes that are open early in the morning and serve breakfast. The owner is friendly.

The hosts made us feel really welcome and helped us out when my father-in-law got an unexpected delay on his flight and got there at 5 AM. The apart-hotel is located right in front of 2 restaurants and a café and is about a 10 minute walk from the downtown area and the river's boardwalk. Really quiet too.
