The most helpful receptionists ever they helped me find transportation and book tickets for different events. So clean, the room was big enough. Very comfortable bed. Very close to the main attractions. Great price. the area around was great for couples or youngsters.

The staff is very kind and helpful, they helped us to book tickets for the bus to the Terracotta Army and took us to the bus stop. Breakfast is very good and during the day snacks and drinks are available for free in the dining room/ reception.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms are well equipped and super clean, and the living room is very cosy. The price is also very reasonable and you get free breakfast, free drinks and free fruits and snacks throughout the day. The staff is also lovely, Rachel remembered my name from the first day and took care of me when I got a cold. Fellow travellers also super friendly. This place is just perfect.

Our host was incredibly nice too, we had our clothes washed for free and we were allowed to leave our bags there before taking the train. It's clean, the staff are super friendly and will chat with you. It's in a good location close to a metro station that goes straight to the city centre in 5 minutes and also some fast food shops and a mini supermarket.
