Tim spoke very good English and help us booked tickets arrange everything well.it’s so helpful,really nice guy,they can help these guest who don’t speak Chinese. Location is also perfect,3mins buy car to the entrance of national park, and there are some facilities nearby,like supermarket,restaurants. Really big room with floor to ceiling windows,you can sit on balcony enjoy amazing mountain View. The best breakfast we had in our whole trip in China,really like the Pan-Fried Baozi Stuffed with pork and the dumpling,amazing food，of course the offer good coffee. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommended to others

very clean room and sheets and bathroom, reception lady was friendly and try to help for finding the ways although she cannot speak English at all. but location for going to tianmen mountain was great and just 10 minutes walk.

Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

Owners were friendly and took great care of us. Enquired if we needed transport from the airport which made it more convenient. Owners also recommended great places to eat and places to visit which made the trip alot smoother and more enjoyable. The place was kept clean and basic necessities were provided. The bed was very comfortable with heating pads to ensure that you are kept warm during cold weather too. Would strongly recommend :)
