Very big room and bathroom, wc separate from the (main) bathroom, bathroom with both shower and bathtub, which helps a lot when being on the rush. Spotless, perfect mattresses, bed, lighting, small refrigerator in the room, big working table, tea and coffee facilities, enough storing spaces. Quiet surroundings and good noise insulation from the neighbouring rooms (or maybe we hve been lucky to have silent neighbourghs). Secured/safe parking lot. Good breakfast. Good public transportation to the centre (by tram).

I stayed two days and with a great pleasure! The place is very clean and pretty, there is a backyard rustic garden with fruit trees and vineyard, swimming pool and barbeque place. Very quiet place, I liked so much! If you need to relax few days is the right place,and almost in the middle of the city. Is about 10-15 min by walk to the center of Brno, next to the hotel is a big beautiful park. In the room is everything what you need, out of the room is a little kitchen with necessary staff.

We stayed at Nikol for 2 nights. Excellent location, max 15 mins from central station tram + walk. The mini zoo nearby is fantastic. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, although there is not much to do there. But the centre is pretty close. The room is totally okay for its price. Silva is really helpful. I'll definitely book again.
