Just about everything… The location couldn’t be better, it’s quiet there but very close to the center, and to a beautiful church with a market Square where they sell plants a couple of times a week. We had a fridge, a good area to cook in, and plenty of privacy. The shower was great, and I think it’s the only place I’ve been on this vacation where there was a nice bath mat.And the manager is amazingly energetic, responsive, and considerate. She let us do our laundry, there was a dryer ad drying rack, and she even provided the detergent. Everything was spotless and well managed.

For us the ideal hotel for one night to get some stuff done in Ceske Budejovice, by car. The level of cleanliness was just amazing! We had a room with a quite large bathroom. We slept very well in the bed, also great. The breakfast was also very good for this level of hotel. A pity we could not enjoy the country side and the nearby lake. The staff was very friendly and relaxed and helped us with the little mess we caused with spilled coffee.

You can travel with a dog what we did :) breakfast was super tasty and fresh :) pension is located next to the great and hughe park so if you travel with a dog there is a lot of place for a mornig walk/run or whatever you need :) super nice place with super friendly host.
