The best place while we were traveling all around Egypt. Extremely nice staff, especially Ibrahim, who organized tours for us too. Very clean, spacious rooms and a bathroom, homemade breakfast and clean swimming pool. We truly felt like at home.

This hotel is one above the rest. My mother and I only spent a day in Luxor, and expected to simply sleep, wake up and leave for the day, but never did I expect that the accommodation would somehow be the highlight of our time in Luxor. The host is one of the kindest people I've ever met. Upon arrival, he personally showed us around the whole property, enjoyed a wine on the rooftop at night with a gorgeous view of the Nile, and spoke about his life and what to expect in Luxor. The host is an archaeologist and Egyptologist so he is the one to talk to. He recommended some fantastic sights in the area and his input was invaluable. The rooms were just what we were after and were great for the price, especially just for a night. I would have no issue coming back again.

The house is ruled by an amazing and loving couple. From the moment you check in they make you feel like at home. If you stay make sure you have dinner there since the food she cooks is just stunning. The hotel is great, with beautiful traditional architecture and bedrooms are big and really nice. There's also a pool and a garden. There's no better place to sleep in Luxor !

The staff here are fantastic, far and away the most friendly people I've met running a hostel or hotel. They are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble! The food was also incredible! Probably the best I've had in 3 months in Egypt!

Great stay in Luxor. The location is nice, good and very quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped us organizing the trip and provide us drivers. We were two girls travelling and we felt safe and very taken care off. Also good food and nice view! Definitely we are going to visit again! If we could give it 100 stars we would. Thank you Nasser!!

I booked it just a day before my trip to Luxor, it was done in bit of a hurry but the cleanness got my eyes even though it didn’t have any reviews yet. It seemed just opened and I booked it and was a great decision. I arrived Luxor at almost 11pm and didn’t know that Uber isn’t so useful in this city, thankfully the host asked me if I need a pick-up in timely manner and I asked one, they were waiting for me at the very late time (the car was very old; from 1978 😅, but was fun experience overall) and was able to arrive safe and sound. The host was very proud of the brand new facility and I could see why, even though it’s not the ones like from the fanciest countries but I think it’s way better than the other expensive and old accommodations. And since I was planning to cram all the site-seeing in a day, I needed a car. And even though I didn’t do much research on what’s the fare fees for getting around especially in Luxor, after 6days in Egypt, kind of had a sense what’s too much and what’s not, and the host offered me an relatively reasonable price for the driver for west back and east bank, with felucca included. And the driver Mr. Mohamed was a nice elderly but with a good spirit and gave me some good introductions on the way to the sites. I guess it’s inevitable that even nicest people I met here also sometimes have to ask something more at the end (that has been happened all the time while I was staying in Egypt), but they never mean bad, all kind and genuine, and that really made me thankful for making my hectic day so wonderful and truly unforgettable.

In the East bank district of Luxor, close to Luxor Train Station, Abeer Guest House features a rooftop pool and a washing machine. All rooms feature a kitchen and a private bathroom. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and private check-in and check-out for guests.

The owners Abeer and Austin by themselves rate a six out of five. Kind, open, helpful and generous are words that come to mind. Being raised in Luxor Abbeer’s perspective is invaluable while Austin being an Irish expat really understands what it takes to navigate this challenging environment. The breakfast really sets you up for the day. And they did a great job of accommodating my dietary restrictions. While basic, the accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop communal area is a treat.

Good choice traveling on car. Good location next to the main roads to east and west coast of Luxor, city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. Gated and secure territory, personal parking place. Complex is well mantained, clean, quiet and safe, supermarket next to the gates. Many closets, hangers and places to put things. Kitchen equipment is enough for simply meal cooking. Bed is big and comfy, clean bed linen, but no sheets. Very fast and stable wifi. Host is very helpful and fast to solve any problem.

The guesthouse is located on the West Bank of Luxor where is peaceful and quiet. Ahmed and his brother were excellent hosts, they were always helpful, informative, trustful and friendly. They ran extra miles to make my stay enjoyable in Luxor. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable. They even prepared my breakfast at 6am, so I could have that on the go for my trip. I'll definitely stay in Villa Rebecca if I come back to Luxor again. Thanks Ahmed and his brother x

    - the ONLY people I trusted in Luxor. So many scammers in the city and this hostel saved my trip. - the staff are always smiling and wanting to help you. I wish them the most success as they really deserve it! - the staff work so hard to clean and keep it clean. Any moment of quiet they spent cleaning and recleaning. There was not one speck of dust in the entire hostel. - very cheap tours through them. Do not book online, book through them

The hotel is situated on the quieter part of Luxor, in the more authentic West Bank with amazing views of the Luxor Temple, which we enjoyed from the roof terrace. A chill and relaxed vibe here, and Eslam was a great host, helping us ladies feel like a local. The hotel also has their own boats that take you across the Nile to the center at normal prices, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back! Thank you for making us feel welcome :)

This is a family business with multiple guesthouses on the west bank. The room we originally booked had a problem and was unavailable but Hamdi was very apologetic and offered us a number of other options. We ended up staying at the Old Nile Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome by Jordan. It was very quiet and peaceful and is right next to a small lake. We were even given a fishing rod to use which I really appreciated. Hamdi and Jordan are attentive hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great location in a quiet area on the West Bank of Luxor. Mohamed is a great host, very quick to respond and gave us great tips on crossing the Nile and where to eat /drink. The accomodation is a good size for a couple and loved the addition of having a fridge and little kitchen. I recommend letting the host know what time you’re arriving and it’s all smooth sailing. Great stay!
