The bed was incredibly comfortable. Although this might be a pension, it is nicer than most hotels I stayed at. It was quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable. There was even a towel warmer in the bathroom! So cozy!

Really nice small hotel. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Excellent location. Although no reception on site they offer you either meeting at the Pension or at one of their other places literally two minutes walk away

The hotel is pretty well situated since you're in the city center and you're able to get to Bilbao Abando Station by walking in about 10-15 mins. The Hotel was always clean and the staff friendly.

The location near the old town Nueva Plaza Barria was great, lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc near, but to find the right door by the address was a bit difficult first. Access to room was very easy, information was great, very helpful staff. Beautiful room, very clean and stylish bathroom. We even had a coffee machine in the room! Recommend this hotel warmly.

Excellent location in the middle of Bilbao old town - could not have been better! The hotel was very clean. It does not have a reception and the hotel requires you to complete a self check in (and submit your passport details) prior to checking in. There is a hotel around the corner that the hotel is linked to that has a 24hr reception and luggage storage. The room itself was clean and comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a fridge (but there is no stove so you can’t cook).

Quite close to the Guggenheim and very modern comforts. There is a lot going on the streets outside. Good for a short stay in a good location. The airport bus stops a block away.

Probably the best ubicación you would want in the casco viejo Surrounded by números olaces to eat amongst the Real Nightlife of the locals Very clean the Streets and the Pensión was in an los Building but with all the enjoyabke comforts Staff very welcoming and efficient Price /value very correct Dont hesitate at all to visita such a vibrant and interesting City as Bilbao The Guggenheim of course Tops it all Very friendly city overall Highly recommended the pension Gracias por todo
