Building has a lift and apartment is located on the first floor. Very attentive host. Close to metro station with lines 5 and 10. Line 10 takes you to city centre in around 10 minutes. 3 playparks close by. There is a big and diverse playpark ( Parque del Cohete) that you can access via an underpass (autovia de suroeste). We recommend Bar Gero Cafe, as it it cheaper and has better quality food that bars in Batan.AgnieszkaFamily with young children

The location is perfect and it’s the cheapest option available in the city centre! The rooms are very tiny, but so clean as well as shared bathrooms, also so quiet at night and mornings. The staff are super cool and friendly, however they can’t speak English much. We arrived like 3 hours earlier but he accepted to take care of our heavy luggages!!
