Alex & the team have a great concept, style, and exceptional location. The ancient house is wonderfully renovated. Throughout there are gems like 200 year old doors combined with an eclectic, tropical interior design. Our small loft and tiny bathroom were very well thought through and felt comfortable. Perfect for sight seeing Palma, maybe not for a long stay (unless you’re in a suite). Host was very nice, available and shared lots of good tips.

The hotel is veeeery close to the Central street in Palma. Not far from the center but far enough to not hear the noisy street. The staff was GREAT. Even that we didn't meet them in person the have a whatsapp and whenever i want to ask something the respond immediately. They help us a lot with recommendations. The shower was very spacious. Hot water ALL DAY LONG. I highly recommend. Thank you guys

We slept great and it was very cozy. Giorgia, our hostess was attentive at all times, she allowed us to leave our bags for a few more hours, and she helped us with a small incident at the end of our trip. A great option to stay a few days on the island.
