La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

- The location is perfect for exploring the main tourist attractions. Easy walking distance to the Eiffle Tower and Arc de Triomphe - The breakfast was wonderful and totally enough (as typical for France it's a sweet breakfast and not a savoury one) > plus breakfast was served in the room. That's something you often pay 50+€ in other hotels in Paris - The rooms really have charme. I love that they kept so much from the original features. The old gnarling wooden floors and the fireplace really give this place a special charme - Staff was really nice to us and spoke good English - Overall is this accommodation for the location and the price a very good deal.

Location was perfect, close to the center by bike and close to metro station. House was very nice, quiet location, great decoration and nice terrace. Breakfast was fine. Perhaps a little more bread if possible for men as they are more hungry. Super nice and friendly host.

Villa du Square was exceptional. The whole atmosphere was more like a family home with a beautiful peaceful garden in the centre of Paris. The Garden Room is a must when booking. Perfect location for the Alain Ducasse Cookery School.

A great hair dryer! :) Very comfy room for a family of 4!

A bit of a problem if you want to eat cheap, but fantastic if you want to walk to the main attraction. In six day we've used metro just once! Room is very spacious and clean. And the hostel is so quiet! Most of the time we though we were the only guests. I guess this should go under the cons section if you are a young backpacker, but for my wife and I this was just ideal! And the staff was SO helpful and welcoming!
