Very warm welcome, very friendly hosts - made us and the dog feel very welcome. Our room was nice and the food was just excellent (we enjoyed the menu). The town of Saint-Hippolyte where the hotel is situated in a quiet side street is charming and beautiful. Can only recommend to visit and stay at this lovely place. We will be back.

It was all excellent, the room gorgeous, it seems to have been made with love and passion, warm, clean, comfortable, has everything you need.. It was all excellent. Also the breakfast basket, a wonderful move by the owners who we did not see in person, but in everything they served us directly through messages. The village is beautiful and close to many beautiful villages and Strasbourg. It was all great I highly recommend it.. Thank you for everything.

A top Alsace Vineyard with two modern large rooms and baths. Great value for the money. Nice atmosphere and great wines to taste. The 2017 Pinot Noir Osmose was as good as I have had. Great parking. Nice people, nice dog and cat. I felt at home with family.

Reception is closed from 10 am to 17 pm but otherwise it is a three star hotel. The room had a private bathroom and was decorated to a high standard. The restaurant specialises in tarte flambee which is a French pizza with the base made from unleaven bread and is very good. The wine list is extensive.
