Despite the weather we had a wonderful time in Betsw y coed. Oak field Guesthouse was such a cosy and comfortable home away from home. Jeanette went out of her way to assist us and the breakfast was amazing.

Great location, just a quick walk to local restaurants, shops, bus stop to Snowdonia, and train station; very accessible. Incredible staff, super friendly, and helped us contact taxis, recommended restaurants, etc. Julie went above and beyond to be helpful! The room was super clean, breakfast was great (with the option for room-service or in the dining room, which really helped our schedule), and overall, this stay was incredible!

We had the best stay here and can’t wait to go back. Big thanks to Richard for making our stay amazing! He’s a great host and clearly loves what he does. The breakfast was exceptional! The bed was huge! We also had a jet spa bath and coffee machine in our room which was a lovely touch.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, and especially liked the water pressure of the shower head.

Hotel is in a great location, very central to the town but set back from the main road and being elevated makes it quiet and pleasant to sit out. We were in a family room so it had bunk beds in which we didn't need. Room was well equipped and beds super comfy.
