The apartment was very clean, to a professional standard. Very spacious and had no issues getting comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs. Getting there was easy, helpful directions were immediately sent after booking and the landlord was very courteous and responded quickly to any and all of my questions.

The accommodation was fantastic. Very clean, tidy and safe. Very easy to get around and everything was easy to find in the accommodation. Really happy with the owners. They were very helpful and friendly. Many thanks. The location was brilliant. I went for a canal walk on the Saturday and to the RSPB centre on the Sunday.

That same receptionist could also explain exactly how I needed to walk to a certain location in the city centre. I had a nice time meeting people from all over the world in the lounge and in my room. The hostel is in a quiet street, so I could sleep really well.

Also has a downstairs toilet . 1 of the double bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower sink and toilet . Short walk to the city centre ( about a mile to Bullring on foot) much easier than driving into the city. Comfy beds , extra piĺows and all towels provided , nice and quiet at night. Helpful host that was quick to answer any questions.

The apartment was a comfortable walk (even with our large rucksacks and tents) from New Street Station and an equally comfortable walk to the coach stop. Nice location, plenty of choices of places to eat and drink. Very quiet, especially given its city centre location. Comfortable bed. And the chocolates were very welcome! Oh and the host was very accommodating of our early morning departure.
