I really enjoyed my stay here! The owner is very friendly and knows the area well, I got lots of great recommendations for things to see and try during my first visit to Brighton. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the location is great. It is located in a quiet street very close to the beach, and you can easily walk to Brighton Pier, the Lanes, the Royal Pavilion etc.

Guesthouse is located in a residential area close to the beach, location is about 10-15 minute walk to the city centre but closer you have also a lot of restaurants, coffe shops, shops,...Advantage is that it is a quieter neigbourhood. Breakfast was excellent, you choose a few things from the menu (yoghurt, cheese, ham, toast, marmelade,...). We had the Orchid room, which was very small compared to rooms of the bigger hotel chains. If you don't tend to stay all day in your room, it's fine ;-). Room was also very clean!

Quiet, comfortable and cool decor. Great hosts who cook the best breakfast in Brighton. I’m so pleased I won’t have to endlessly search for somewhere to stay again (if there is a vacancy)

Maria is a great host, she’s reactive, smiley and kind and had prepared for us all the necessary products for us to spend a nice long WE. The lodge is at 1min by foot of a bus stop that will bring you to the city center in 10min. The area is nice with parcs for kids, and groceries stores. Maria’s garden is perfect, we even got a small visiteur in the morning 🐿 and we could witness beautiful sunset on the valley. I highly recommend and will probably be back myself!
