Lovely inn with excellent food and clean and cozy rooms. Of note, while our room was above the pub it was surprisingly quiet and hence relaxing.

What a wonderful part of the world for a family get away! We couldn’t have been happier with Liz and Ed’s farm for our stay. They were so accommodating even taking time to show our grandkids their tractors and horses. The “Little Barn” is a charming and peaceful vacation home. Great care was taken to make this a beautifully appointed barn conversion especially the modern farmhouse bathroom with a glorious shower! We were able to visit many of the local sites including Dyffryn House and Gardens (a must see) and the lovely town of Cowbridge. The Bush Inn for dinner and a pint as well as Fredwell Cafe for coffee and delicious treats were a highlight. The folks of St. Hillary were some of the kindest people we’ve come across!

we stayed at the vineyard for the Easter weekend with my partner and our dog. everything was perfect, the room was cozy and had everything we needed. we would have loved to do the vineyard tour but didn’t want to leave our dog alone in the room, instead we tried some of their wines and beers and they were delicious. thank you very much for the hospitality, would definitely go back

Excellent room, and facilities shame restaurant closed (Sunday eve) however staff brilliant and allowed us to get a takeaway and eat it in the bar. Some v nice ales as well. Worth a visit 👍

The hotel staff were great and we really enjoyed our dinner. We were late arriving due to traffic problems, but they held our table in the restaurant, even though it was quite busy when we arrived. Judging by how full the car park was, the restaurant is very popular with locals - and it's in a lovely location. Room was very nice.

The breakfast was amazing, the bed in the room was very comfortable and big. The staff was very friendly.

Just what I was after. As the name suggests a lovely, warm and cosy room! The sofa bed was so so comfortable. So tough to get up the next morning for that reason. Wanted to find something reasonably priced as I was seeing friends and this ticked the boxes. Location was spot on and parking was great. Just very happy.

The location was beautiful, the peace was amazing. The barn is superb, we would love to live there full time, Everything was absolutely spot on. We could not fault anything. We even enjoyed watching them doing the bales on the fields while we sat on the patio area. The thing that struck us aswell was the toiletries there...there were even combs and razors and sanitary pads etc....such thoughtfulness. And what was nice too....Just eat worked so the 2 boys were happy 😊 But in all seriousness, its a beautiful place with a lovely walk too, and you can't fault the facilities. 10/10 from us all
