Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

I loved that it is such a historic building. It has really interesting woodwork and 300+ year old sketches and poems on the wall. It feels like getting to stay in a part of history.

Just over a mile from Eastbourne Pier on the south coast and 20 miles from Brighton, this award-winning inn has a great location 2 minutes’ walk from the sea. There is free WiFi and free parking on site.

oh my goodness what a wonderful place, we arrived late for one reason or another on the roads we got parked and a lovely lass booked us in and managed to book a table for us even though they were very very busy, food par excellence, beer, wine, cider top notch and kept well, they had plenty of fish on their menu of which my partner would eat nothing else and he was well happy lovely lovely menu and cooked well. I will say make sure you read your information pack as because we arrived late we did not look at this till the morning just to see what time breakfast was and unfortunately missed out on it as we should have put our order in the night before alas as l know the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs would have been gorgeous. You will not be disappointed. FAB-U-LOUS!!!

The breakfast was very comphrensive, the staff upon arrival were very helpful and throughout, the room was spotlessly clean, coffee & tea in the room, beautiful shower and soap, shampoo, conditioner. We were on 1.5 flights up but easy to get to and had lots of large bags and the owner offered to help with up and down.

Great location,Mark & Christine were great hosts. We had room 3 with a balcony which gave us great sea views ,it was only a short walk into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. I couldn't leave a review without mentioning the breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt fruit juice & of course the full English. Room & hotel were spotlessly clean, best b&b we've stayed at.
