Great location if you travel by train, just 3 mins walk from Folkestone Central. Quiet, despite the fact that we had a room on the ground floor. Room was very spacious and spotless clean!!! The garden in the property is definitely a plus! We would definitely stay again next time we are around the area.

Leigh & Mark are great hosts, so friendly, warm and inviting; nothing’s too much trouble. The guest house is stylishly decorated throughout. Our allocated room was so clean, spacious, with a really comfortable bed. Some really nice touches, like access to cold bottled water & fresh milk....they’ve even got Netflix!
