They have 2 standard rooms in the attic which both are hot and humid. If you don't want those you got to call them up prior to your arrival and ask if they have a standard room not in the attic for your stay, they don't respond to messaging. The room I got was clean new carpet nice small shower comfy bed, a decent-size TV and they are in a nice quiet sleeping area. There is parking on prem. A grocery is in about a 7mins walk. A walk to downtown is more like a hike 35-40mins but I chose to walk vs driving up and seek for parking and all of that. Overall experience : very nice, I like it :-)
