Without a doubt best bed i have sleept in. It was super cosy to have the bathtub infront of the bed, felt like a prince :) . The owner and the staff was 10/10! I had a special request task for them regarding my wife 40th birthday and they did super good job. Also they were very friendly and gave us good tips about the city.

Glasgow House is set in the heart of Glasgow’s West End and just 5 minutes’ walk from Kelvinbridge Subway Station and Glasgow University. It offers modern rooms with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.

Each room at Glasgow House has lightly coloured décor. All rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, and either a private or shared bathroom.

The property’s location is very close to the university and also close to grocery stores and eateries. It’s all within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel was well maintained though it was an old property. The staff is very helpful and try to accommodate your requests. They also maintain the hotel very well. My room was spotless and I liked it. The staff helped me with my check in and check out very smoothly. I would certainly recommend it.

If you're expecting the Ritz, look somewhere else this is a basic cheap no frills older hotel that caters for your needs with a great location. 15 minute walk to ovo hydro. Breakfast was just ok, very basic but again its not the Ritz. Job done.

Compact but comfortable and modern room. What really stands out here is the lounge area which is a pleasure to spend time in, the decor is music inspired and there are board games, pool tables etc dotted around the place. All in all a very relaxed and laid back place, a very modern hostel like vibe and feel (this is a positive) but without the negatives of a hostel. Great location, 5 minutes walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and if you want to walk into the city centre along the river it takes about 30 mins.

Great location, central to everything right within the heart of Glasgow city centre and the room we were in (fifth floor) was extremely quiet despite being on a main road. Didn’t hear any traffic at all. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a decent size. The complimentary mini bar was a nice extra touch.

Right in the city centre and good connections via train, subway and bus. The hostel is very cheap and perfect for low budget. Staying alone in the double room you have space enough, but with 2 people it's "cosy". Breakfast is quite good for 5£ and perhaps the cheapest option in the city centre.
