Located just 3 minutes’ walk from Beeston Railway Station, The Grove Guest House offers quiet accommodation with off-street parking (subject to availability).

Breakfast is not available. however all rooms have a fridge and microwave to enable guests to prepare their own food if they wish.

I had a really nice stay here when I was in town for a wedding. It was a clean, comfortable, nicely decorated room on a very quiet street. I slept very well here. There is a little kitchen area available with a microwave which came in handy. I felt like everything had been well thought out to make guests comfortable. There were useful touches such as chilled water in the fridge, a black face cloth for makeup, hairdryer and coffee/tea, bowls and cups available. The location is very convenient for buses and trams. Gareth the manager is friendly and easy to reach if needed.

Very pleasant stay—the host is really friendly, room and house were tidy, and I was made to feel welcomed. (Allowed to use kitchen, etc.) The host works from home so is always on hand to answer any questions. Bus on the corner to city centre in about 15 minutes. Major shopping area five minute walk away, but the area itself is quiet. Recommended.

Excellent apartment, we had a brilliant weekend stay. The location is perfect, so close to everything -bars, shops, restaurants and the arena but quiet nights sleep. Great hosts that provided all of the details for check in and parking and on hand if needed. Comfy bed, great sleep and everything we needed. We will return…definitely left feeling more relaxed than we arrived. Great meal at Bills and lovely snacks from Ugly Bread Bakery. Enjoyed the rum at The Lost Caves… shhhhh… if you can find them that is 😁.

I loved this hotel, I loved it so much I booked a second night after I got there. Beautiful room, huge soaking tub, great location, perfectly clean, room service, mini fridge, big windows, very comfortable bed. Five minute walk to city center but located up on a hill in a quiet neighborhood. Nice staff.

My go-to hotel when I stay in Nottingham for work. Great location next to the train station, lovely boutique feel in a characterful building, tasty breakfast. I was in a room at the back and it was super quiet, no city or traffic noise.

This was a great stay—spacious, clean comfortable. Quiet, but around the corner from the main drag with takeaways, markets, etc. You never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for a bus, very quick ride to the city centre. Also, the host very considerately left wonderful snacks on the coffee table and drinks in the fridge. A lovely, homey stay.

Bit like an unmanned Guest house ... But great value. Good parking. Clean . Quiet . Missed having an en suite but no bathroom queue. 5min walk to the nearest tram stop for city centre. Midday checkout is a blessing too.

Location is perfect for city centre and in particular the motorpoint arena. Literally only took a few minutes to get to the arena on foot. Room for car on driveway and a very quiet secluded housing area. House has great finishing touches and a homely feel. Tom was a great host and explained the basics (heating, fish tank etc)
