Room was very good and surprisingly warm and quiet even though it fronted onto a main road and the river. Secondary double glazing in place and this obviously made a significant benefit. Bed was quite good but mattress not super comfortable. Will need updating with a topper style mattress soon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good full cooked breakfast included

Appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the light robe to use, books to read, bottle of water, tea bags, milk, and little snacks. Breakfast was excellent, there was a little menu (the French press coffee and the smoothies were great). It was nice sitting outside in the private patio. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and took pride in their B & B.

The room was beautiful and quiet, breakfast was delicious, the guesthouse is close to the train station and a few minutes' walk from the city center. I followed Jackie's recommendation to visit Rodney Gardens and have to say it is such a wonderful place, you should not miss it.

Our room (number 6) was cosy, comfy and felt like home. Breakfast was delicious. And John and Jan are so sweet and welcome we wish we could have stayed much longer.

I absolutely love this place: great quiet location, comfortable room but for us the host was lovely, so warm, welcoming, fully compliant with Covid regulations and engaging. The breakfast exceeded expectations: delicious Scottish (?) strawberries and Scotch pancakes as well as the cooked breakfast and toast. Will definitely choose to return if we head back to Perth, thank you for an amazing stay.
