Has a very warm welcoming feel to it , beds were super comfortable , nicely decorated, rooms smelt fresh nd clean. The staff were very friendly. Room came with Breakfast to my surprise which was very tasty nd had a variety to please everyone. Will definitely recommend nd come back if in the area again .

Julia was a great host and made us feel so welcome, we thoroughly enjoyed her company! The location is just a little outside of Romsey, however, it's only a 20 minute walk into the centre of the town along the canal path which was an easy trek. Of course, it's a guest house, not a hotel however, we were pleased to find a lovely garden, a fridge in the room and some nice attention to detail, all in, a great stay and no complaints from us!

Anthea was a great host, nothing was too much trouble, really hospitable. Stayed with 3 children under the age of 4, children well-catered for. Lovely cooked English breakfast and continental buffet in the morning. Rooms spacious and clean. Reasonably priced, would definitely look to return.
