The location was great for the event I was attending at the NEC with it being only a 10 minute drive away. I would definitely stay at Barncroft again in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

We spent almost 2 weeks there and the host is absolutely amazing! Very helpful, giving us a lot of suggestions to discover Birmingham area! The house are clean and well prepared (you dont have to buy a lot of groceries), it comes with a private parking which is good for group travel/biz travel.

We were working at the NEC and was only a 15 minute commute in and out. The property is tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac so was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We'll be staying here at our next NEC event for sure!
