Loved how it was so close to the Central Station - about 11 min walk. There were grocery stores, pubs, cafes and such near by. Also a brief walk from the city centre where there is alot to discover. Wish I would've stayed for longer but when I come back, I definitely will be using this establishment again :)

This is one of the best guest houses in Southampton in my view. Room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a room described as small. Bathroom was also very nice, clean and shower was good. Host was friendly and kindly moved his car so I could park on the drive, and then helped me back out in the morning! Most importantly for me, the room was quiet enabling me to get a good night's sleep.

This is. a lovely guest house that offers a quiet room and a comfortable stay with a breakfast. We had a shared bathroom but no one else used it except us and it was right next to the room. Our lovely host also knew that we did not like heat so offered us the room at the back of the house which was very cool and quiet.

Andy and Debbie were fantastic hosts- incredibly accomodating and friendly. The breakfast facilities were great, and the location for me was excellent because the area was quiet, close to a Coop and some takeaways and it was equidistant from the River Hamble, Southampton city centre and Victoria Park further south. The TV position in the room was fantastic and it was well furnished with lots of dog appreciative decor!

We loved this apartment, we'd stayed in 'cosy' before so was expecting a very small space, but there was plenty of room, deco was lovely, kitchen well equipped, very clean. Very quiet building and no traffic noise, a great location for the city centre, the common or for driving in or out of S/Hampton. Parking just to the back of the property for free. You couldn't ask for more. Lovely owners, fabulous communication for any queries or questions.

Simply perfect! A pleasant host, communicative, available and always in a good mood. The place is super clean, very organized and also quiet. The room was perfectly furnished, spacious with huge windows that illuminated the room with sunlight. I will definitely go back there. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the host for the ride he gave me to the city center
