The view from our room was AMAZING. We were treated to snowy mountains just from our balcony! From check-in to check-ing out, the property owners were very helpful and welcoming! The communal kitchen was also well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean as well.

Highly recommend, great value for the price - would happily stay here again in our next trip to Gudauri Nice location - few minutes from the lift to the mountain and right next door to the Georgian restaurant (great food and affordable prices) Testy homemade breakfast (a lot of food, we couldn't finish it but we tried) The staff is very friendly and helpful, Tamara allowed us to leave our bags after we already checked out and helped us get taxi to the transfer to Tbilisi.

She was always reachable in case we had any issues (that we didn’t) Only 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. Quiet area, lovely views from the balcony. The apartment is really spacious.
