Very nice views from the room, I could see the city & Bagrati Cathedral from the windows and also see the river from small balcony. Well-equipped & very convenient location. There is a washing machine & dryer (shared). The host was very friendly, welcoming and showed me the way to the nearest money exchange & gave me tips on where to find good local food.

Everything exceeded our expectations: really nice owners who made us feel comfortable and at home, great location and view from the terrace, fresh and delicious breakfast. It's a unique place to stay: like staying both in a hotel and at a local's home. We really recommend and would stay here again. Additionally, this hotel works with a great tour guide - Sandro. He picked us up at the airport and drove us on sighseeing tours every day. Great person and great driver. We really recommend him - just ask the hotel for his contacts.
