Very generous and tasty breakfast. Lovely old house close to the Its Kale, and with nice outdoor seating area. Friendly and helpful staff - they helped me arrange access to the old Synagogue, which is nearby but usually kept locked.

Dimitris and Natasha were very warm and welcoming hosts who went over and above to make our stay exceptional and enjoyable. Their passion for their beautiful house, with the most amazing stonework, is obvious as is their passion for making people feel comfortable. The breakfast is also another good reason to stay at Virsa Boutique Rooms.

This cute hotel is located very close to tourist center and the lake. The room was very clean and everything was brand new. The owners were very kind and helpful. Would visit again for sure!

Giorgios and Mario were the textbook definition of Greek filotimo. The attention to detail and oversight they invested in building this hotel is only matched by the same detail in hosting their guests and treating as an extension of their family, and coincidentally enough their family resides in the adjacent building - which should tell you, how passionate and quick they are to take care of their property and guests.

Great hotel in an amazing location, just inside the old city. The design is young and stylized, the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located next to the cave of Perama and 10 minutes far from the center of Ioannina city. Great choice for road trips in the wide region of Zagori and Tzoumerka.
