This is a new modern apartment & I liked the cleanliness & decor of the suite. It felt calming and relaxing. Plenty of car parking space next to the apartment. I liked the great walk-in shower with a hairdryer provided. There was a flat screen TV for double bed area & another for the single bed area. It was good to find a welcome bottle of water in the fridge & shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom. Towels provided. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who gave us all the information. There was a good WiFi connection. The balcony was perfect for sitting to eat / drink & watching the world go by. The apartment is in a quiet location near a river with beautiful white ducks and geese, making themselves known at times ! We stayed on the first floor with steps leading up to the apartment. It is close to all amenities with a lovely taverna next to the river. Plenty of shops & cafenions to choose from. The local people were very friendly & helpful. We stayed one night as we had to collect a delivery near this village. I would have really liked to have stayed for more nights. It is an ideal spot for driving to nearby towns Vamos, Georgiopoli & close to Chania. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay & hope to return soon.

Spotlessly clean, great kitchen with all of the things to cook a nice meal. Good coffee filter machine, also greek pot for making traditional Greek coffee. Very spacious ground floor two bedroom with a big good quality sofa bed in the living/dining room. Smart tv for YouTube and Netflix etc. Amazing swimming pool with lovely spacious surrounding garden. Large covered patio for eating al fresco.

The room was exactly what we needed, clean, tidy, airy, direct access to the balcony where a tasty breakfast was served. Joan and Jhon are so hospitable and nice, very happy to have stayed by them. Fully recommended!!!!

The hosts live on site and were very friendly and helpful when needed. Great shower. A garage for our car was an unexpected bonus. Loverly private garden and outside areas.

It is very quiet and the terrace is beautiful, you can see the ancient town of Vafes, the mountains until the Sea! It is a really relaxing place. The house has all you need for a perfect holiday. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The best is the host Manouela, who is very kind and reactive. We loved her Moussaka and cake! Surrounded by olive trees, its in a very quiet area and you can easily walk to the city. You can enjoy the garden, the terrace and the swing seat and if needed, there is a private garage for your car. Had lots of complimentary drinks and food waiting for us. Has a washing machine AND the washing capsules which most don't. Perfect for those who need total disconnection while still being able to explore Crete and its most beautiful attractions. A charming villa filled with light, spacious garden and abundant vegetation. Very friendly host, who really made us feel like home but on vacation at the same time.
