Everything was great. Although I was not there much during the days because of tours and stuff, the evenings were nice. Staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful and cooked delicious food. The shower is an experience in itself.

The hostel is a little oasis on the lake and I just fell in love with the location and what they made out of it. The hostel itself is so cute and pittoresque. The staff is very friendly and chill. Riccardo was so nice as to find me a last minute solution for my accommodation there in the Semana Santa (everything was completely full!). Plus, they have very comfy beds and atmosphere. Very recommended

Whole the place is made with lots of care of the detailes and love, Art and supreme Quality. I had the cheapest room and still the matterece was great quality and so comfortable. The bathroom is like from a fairy tale, so speciouse and magical. No plastic around and free drinking water added lots of value too. I wish sooo much to be back on day in Alice Guesthouse and stay longer...

Great location, hot shower, very helpful host, big equipped kitchen, bug nets on every bed and window. When there was a power outage in the town, the hosts very ready and gave us lanterns and candles.

The hostel was central and beautifully in midst of the nature. The price was relatively cheap and all around you had bars, restaurants, pharmacies and shops with a lot of choice.... To the lake it were 50 metres by foot and the water was chilly and clean. The hostals owner cared for her guest and all in all, I was very satisfied!!... Thank you, muchas gracias para todo! The internet worked also quite well!

The location is really beautiful! The room and garden our right next to the lake so you have a beautiful view, you can spot some birds, go for a swim,... . It is also closer to Tikal, more peaceful than Flores and you can walk around the lake to find some nice restaurants, kayaks,... . Also the cheap price is an advantage. The host is friendly and helpfull. Rooms are basic. We had 2 rooms, one with a double bed (this was oke) and one with a bunk bed (this bed was not stable at all).

We absolutely loved being on the deck by the water, we hung out with Santiago, the owner, a little who was a great host and really nice guy. The trip to Tikal is quite short from there (although we didn’t end up doing it because we loved being on that beautiful deck too much). The food was great as well!
