Location and Setting. The apartment is 20m from the private and secure water front. There is a decent sized balcony - large enough for dinner/lunch - with amazing views over the sea. (The top two apartments have perfect views, the lower two slightly obscured by trees). The beach has excellent access - ladder or steps - for people and Stand-Up-Paddle boards. There is plenty of room to store Stand Up Paddle Boards securely (The apartments are gated and private, the gate is not normally locked, but it felt safe to leave SUPs out).
