The room was very clean (and cleaned every day), we always had a place to park at the end of the day, we were as close to the beach as possible and the street is quiet so we could sleep peacefully. There is also an elevator, which is convenient so you don't have to carry heavy luggage to the second floor.

Bathroom is small but functional. Shower is nice. The apartment is newly refurbished and VERY clean. There's also a vacuum cleaner, in case you need it. The host is nice and is changing towels, beds and is cleaning after one week of staying (if wished). I'll definitely recommend it.
