Wonderful place, cozy and easy to understand. It was perfect for our family for four nights. We loved the residential environment and how easy it was to get to the center by tram. Highly recommended.

The staff were very warm and friendly. The hotel was quiet and on the outskirts of the town so need a car to get to town centre and beach and Dart station. Room was clean and adequate for our needs and not too warm which can often be a problem in hotel rooms
