We had a beautiful stay at Connemara Ocean Escape! The owners, Ann and Pat, were so nice and welcoming to us and supplied us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The accomodation is located in a peaceful and quiet place, just a few steps away from the beach and a few more kilometers from Galway and Rossaveel, from where you can take the ferry to the Aran Islands. We had no problems finding the location using the Eircode. The rooms were tidy and clean and the bed comfortable.

The property was squeaky, clean and had everything we needed. We were in Europe for a full month and stayed at many properties, and this place had the most comfortable bed. The host Ronnie, went out of his way to welcome us with warm apple pie and to help us plan our days for a while we were there. He even packed a scone, butter, and water, and had it waiting by our door in the morning before we left on our adventure.

The property was like renting out a single room airbnb. You had access to a kitchen and living area but basically on your own. It was quiet, and clean. The host were kind but we didn’t see too much of them as we were out and about a lot. Perfect location for visiting Galway, Canamara, and Aran Islands.
