The property was squeaky, clean and had everything we needed. We were in Europe for a full month and stayed at many properties, and this place had the most comfortable bed. The host Ronnie, went out of his way to welcome us with warm apple pie and to help us plan our days for a while we were there. He even packed a scone, butter, and water, and had it waiting by our door in the morning before we left on our adventure.

The property was like renting out a single room airbnb. You had access to a kitchen and living area but basically on your own. It was quiet, and clean. The host were kind but we didn’t see too much of them as we were out and about a lot. Perfect location for visiting Galway, Canamara, and Aran Islands. Also the views of the ocean and the cute walk down to the shore was a nice benefit.

The location, the host, the guest house in general were all wonderful. Shauna is a very attentive host who knows her city well and has lots of helpful information for guests. The guesthouse is close enough to the city center to walk everywhere but far enough away for a quiet stay. Breakfast is an incredible spread, and you can't beat being right on the ocean in Salthill.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and great fuel for the day! Plenty of choices including a cereal bar, yogurts, fresh fruits, and a hot dish of your choosing. Great location, quick 10/15min walk to the center and coach station. Ciara the host is very nice. This is a family run business passed down generations. First guest house ever in Galway. Shower water pressure was great as well! Will definitely stay here again if I visit Galway.
