Superb all ! Excellent communication, fantastic room and amazing bathroom, lots of towels, receptionist so kind and friendly. We received delicious homemade cakes as a warm welcome. Breakfast types of food like milk, yoghurt, water fresh available in the refrigerator. Pillows made me dream like a baby. Unbelievable experience, the garden and mountain view with terrace...couldn't wish for more.

Very nice, friendly and helpful host. The room and the bathroom was very clean and new and well-equipped. The location was great, you have gelateria, fruit market, a bus station and a pizzeria within 200m. We really enjoyed our stay and the host's helpfulness made our stay even more eventful and relaxing. 100% recommend it. :) (We stayed 7 nights here)

everything was perfect for a first stop in northern Italy after our long trip from Belgium. the place was great, 20 m for a very good restaurant, 40 m for a gelateria and 100 m for a drink on the lac majeur ! Giuli was so nice to us ! Definitely a great place

The room was wonderful, spacious, very light, with a large comfortable bed and a great bathroom, and with a functioning aircon. Location is nice, a few minutes walk from Lago Maggiore, with a little beach, and across the road there's a solid restaurant.
