Great location. Host easily contacted by whatsapp - very attentive and helpful. Check in was very easy - host provided a video which made it virtually foolproof. Parking nearby 26€ per day (secure underground and easy to find) Rooms very tastefully decorated and its clear a lot of effort has been made

The location was perfect, it was extremely clean, had everything one could need, was comfortable and quiet despite being on the main street.

Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.

The host Francisco was so friendly. The location was great and really pretty. The room was well appointed and pleasant.Francisco even provided free refreshments in the room.

The apartment was really perfect -- exactly what we needed. It was VERY comfortable for two people. Maria was WONDERFUL.! While she spoke very little English and we spoke no Italian. We were able to communicate perfectly. She was SO accommodating and provided everything we needed. The location was also great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

Enormous bed — actually two double beds put together. Bathroom with nice facilities incl. a custom hammered-metal sink. Well-stocked kitchen. Exceptionally thoughtful touches by host, incl. food and drinks for each room, personalized suggestions on shopping and attractions, slippers to keep your feet warm, even emergency key locations if you forget your keys. Elevator for transporting bags up three flights of stairs. Secure, light, easy to check in and check out, instant communication.
