Wow! First off, the location is out of the world. Steps from the lake and beautiful views off the shared veranda. Well appointed individual rooms with bathrooms that share living space including a very well appointed kitchen. All for a very reasonable price. I was solo on my trip but met some other guests. It would also be a great place to rent for a large group. I can't say enough about this place.

This was the cleanest and most welcoming accommodation that I have been in Italy! Miss Chiara was so nice, pleasant and answered all my questions and needs. I felt so good and relaxed so well. There is rule of taking your shoes off and leave them outside, which is great considering hygiene and makes you feel like home. The accommodation was quiet and peaceful. Clean and warm.
