Perfect location, right next to lake. Very helpful staff, especially Victoria, who sent all the information on WhatsApp (about location, check in, parking, and reserved table for the dinner). Restaurant was also really good and with very friendly staff. Room was very clean and cozy, and with balcony with the view of the lake. Best part was the tasty breakfast on balcony of our room. Service was better than some 5 star hotels, we are definitely coming back to this beautiful place.

The host was really helpful, she even send us some places to go for food and full instructions for check in. She offered us a welcome drink and some snacks. Also the view was amazing, you could see the mountain and it was pretty close to the train station and the lake. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe every hour of the day. I would definately recommend it to spend vacation there!

It's a very good place to stay, clean, beautiful, very spacious, on the 3rd floor with a good view and an elevator. There is a large balcony to sit and relax while sipping your morning coffee. It is next to a cafe and near many restaurants. There are all the amenities like at home. There is a private parking garage. I can cook because they really have all the equipment. There are lots of wine glasses. There are a lot of hangers in the closet. I really like it. The bedding is complete. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. Verana, the owner and her father are very sweet and kind. Verana responds quickly to messages. and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend it if looking for a nice place to stay in Bolzano.

The host was very friendly as well and provided all possible information. The house has a lovely pool but the weather did not allow us to use it. Pizza place is 12min away. There is a quiet restaurant next door, and was handy for setting off for trips round the lake.

Its in a great location, right on the lake. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony with a view of the lake is amazing. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We had dinner twice and the food was delicious. Marco and Chiara are great hosts, friendly and helpful and they create a wonderful atmosphere which added to our stay.
